MECHANISM OF INCREASING THE LIABILITY OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract


In the article the problem related to the liability of employees and by its increase. The author analyzed the basic statistics that underline the importance of this problem. Thus, the author developed its own mechanism for increasing the responsibility of the enterprise (company, organization).He carried out a survey which showed, that workers are not responsible. Determined that motivation – it is a key of increasing responsibility. Emphasized the fact that there are factors that motivate employees to daily work and the factors that stimulate them to activity, initiative and increase accountability in the workplace.Article can be used by people for increased responsibility for their own business.
