Banks are the inalienable constituent of modern money economy; its activity is closely related to the necessities of reproduction. Commercial banks are called to regulate all money flows, first of all credit ones, to assist providing of the most rational use of financial resources of society and flowing of capital in those industries, where a return from investments will be maximal. The modern stage is characterized by the period of deep transformations in banking, numerous innovations in organization and management methods. The risk related to bank activity grew up at the same time. Risk management, along with the personnel competence and quality of the informative systems, becomes the decision factor of increase and maintenance of bank competitiveness. In this connection it is very important to define the organizational and informative and methodical system of procedures application and methods of limitation and neutralization of the risks accepted by banks.
